The 391st Bomb Group Association (BGA) was created by veteran members of the 391st Bomb Group, a B-26 Marauder group that fought during World War II. This Marauder group was activated and moved to England in January and February of 1944, the group's combat operations began on February 15, 1944. The 391st participated in Air Offensive, Europe; Normandy; Northern France; Rhineland; Ardennes - Alsace; and Central Europe. Col. Gerald E.
